Purito SEOUL – Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner is a soothing toner designed to hydrate the skin and strengthen the skin barrier. The formula is based on oat seed water (Avena Sativa Seed Water), panthenol, and ceramide NP.
The toner also contains sodium DNA (PDRN), beta-glucan, and oat extract which contribute to a pleasant feeling on the skin. Glycerin and butylene glycol help the skin retain moisture, while dipotassium glycyrrhizate and panthenol work for balanced skin.
